Adam really just wanted to go home and help his mom move and the quick trip to his old stomping grounds to check out the youth center he used to hang out at as a kid should have been fun. It had started out fun, meeting the daughter of his mentor, the man he looked up to as a child. Instead he brought with him trouble in the form of a Russian terrorist bent on vengeance, endangering his mentor's daughter and getting her injured in the process. Now he must eliminate the threat to the woman he's falling in love with and heal her wounds while he wins her heart. Phoebe only wants to continue the work at the youth center that her father started before his death. She only wants to help the kids who need her. When she meets the man who was once the boy her father loved like a son, the one her father told her about in letters only, she knows she needs to get to know more of him. When they're attacked and kidnapped by the Russian terrorist seeking vengeance on Adam and the rest of the Diagraphic Inc team she knows they only way for her to live is with him by her side.
