Intentional is a number book. Pythagoras first developed this numerical philosophy and Pythagoreans were thought to be the first ethical vegans. Number is the scripture engraved into our personal atom; it is our guide from within that transcends what we believe constitutes time and space. Numerology is the creative energy that conceives creation rather than creation itself as we grasp for the higher purpose of the universe. The purpose may seem abstract, but so is the inner knowing that we all hold within us. Without sure outcome, there will always be expansion. Numbers are here as the energetic guide that helps us manifest as it conceives through us. The eternal mother and father cannot be known: Knowing implies an end that we are not meant to finalise. We must continue to evolve through these cycles of life that do not create 'highest' awareness but a 'higher' awareness that is always gravitating to a higher perspective. Intentional presents the challenges that we encounter when we are not all seeing and all knowing. The desperational moment of endurance as we try to understand what we cannot see or comprehend becomes an ongoing condition in our lives. The persona of this book seems naive and absent-minded as they plead with numbers to give them the enlightenment that they are seeking. The personal experience of the persona in each chapter is unnervingly everyday and casual; a sinister feeling that the persona will not reach a place of resolution consumes the reader. There is no clarity to be found here. The reader begins to feel the desperation of the persona as each line appears more monotonous with an unclear outcome. The outcome should be evolution, but it does not come from a place of looking for answers. The meaning behind the words and the numbers that coincide with them pass by unnoticed. Is what becomes lost in translation any less meaningful? What is unseen? How does this book represent our desperation for knowledge, awareness, and expansion with ends?
