"The Only True Way" is a short tract on the topic of literal alchemy. It is unique in that its stated goal is to remove the veil of strange and arcane language and terminology used in virtually all other works of the sort. Originally penned in the 17th century, it wasn't until Waite's time that this little gem was largely available to the English speaking world. It helps to explain some of the more confusing linguistic use in alchemical lore while reprimanding large numbers of philosophers as nothing more than hacks and charlatans.
