We live in the world which is full of people who are pulled by what interests them, do what benefits them, and who are always in search of places where they can find more peace than threats. Whether directly or indirectly, this is what most of us do daily. This is how we get attached to people and befriend them. Those we think they will lead us into troubles we tend to avoid or even push them away from us. We see that they spoil our security and comfort. You probably remember the people you stopped being close with or those you cut off from your circles. When you recall the reason why you did so, you find that there was something in them you did not like. No matter how close they were to you before that, as you realized they have something you considered a problem, either you run away, or you kicked them away from you. You rejected them. While many times we can be right in avoiding some of the things or even people, there have been cases which showed the opposite. In this book you will read some of those exceptional cases. For example, there is a story of person who was rejected by his friends for having something they considered endangering their life. But the very problem they were trying to escape befell them and the man who was rejected was not only safe but also saved them using the very thing his friend thought it endangered their lives. He became their hero. The main purpose of this book is to tell us that not all weaknesses we see in people are really weaknesses. Not all troubles are meant to let us down. Some of them are means of saving people when are in need. Instead of expelling people from us for whatever we think would bring us into troubles, we should learn to see positive sides from everything. This is not easy, though.
