Contributor Bio:  Swartz, Leslie LESLIE SWARTZ is a clinical psychologist and professor of psychology at Stellenbosch University. He is one of South Africa s foremost scholars in disability studies, and an internationally recognised researcher and author. He has written and contributed to many books and articles on psychology, mental health and disability. This book is his most personal and the closest to his heart. Contributor Bio:  Kalichman, Seth C Kalichman is and assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Mental Health Sciences at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Contributor Bio:  Simbayi, Leickness Olive Shisana is the president and CEO of the South African Human Sciences Research Council and the principal investigator for this study. She is a public-health professional with extensive research, management, and policy-development experience spanning more than 19 years. Thomas Rehle is a director in the Social Aspects of HIV/AIDS and Health Research Program. Leickness Simbayi is a research director and head of the behavioral and social aspects of HIV/AIDS unit in the Social Aspects of HIV/AIDS and Health Research Program. He is regional coordinator in the Southern Africa Development Community of the Social Aspects of HIV/AIDS Research Alliance (SAHARA). Ntombizodwa Mbelle is a research project manager in the Social Aspects of HIV/AIDS and Health Research Program.
