Forced to abandon her dreams of becoming a professional tennis player, Tashi Duncan (Zendaya) is now a successful coach to her husband, Art (Faist), who is about to face the biggest challenge of his career. Meanwhile, Art's former best friend and competitor for Tashi's affections, Patrick (O'Connor), is rising through the ranks of the lower tournaments and looks to play against Art in one final face-off.
