The Kids are back: The Twin Cities are once again under siege! When a new villain, Irene Patricia Daylee, (Her friends call her I. P.) swears revenge against the city for not drinking her perfectly ionized water and putting her out of business, the team must assemble once more to ward off her diabolical plans! Dealing with short term memory loss, Daylee relies on her young assistant Karly's to help with her evil schemes. Can the team thwart their diabolical plans, or will the residents of the Twin Cities be doomed to drink "Doody water"? As the team fights Daylee and her "forget me gas" they are joined by new team support members; Buford Tutt, the geology expert with a cybernetic arm and "The Boss", the man that even Dash reports to, along with his poodle Buster. It's all-out action in this second adventure with everyone's favorite crime fighting team, F. A. R. T. S.
