He uses his genius to devise new plans to engulf the Twin Cities under the worst funk they have ever smelled, thereby forcing them to come and buy his clean, fresh air. Will the newly created F. A. R. T. S. task force, made up of five kids from the US and UK be able to come together, form a team, and defeat the Doctor's evil plans?
