This is a series of stand-alone stories about an estate agency with a big difference. Christian Dickson does not find you the house you ask for, but house of your dreams. These are usually dreams you haven't dreamt yet. Each house is unique and every client Christian deals with has certain needs, that mostly even they do not know they have. Christian says that many houses hold secrets, and he is very adept at finding them out. It is these secrets that help clients decide to buy the homes proposed to them. The same secret's change their lives in mysterious ways. The stories uncover mysterious objects and quirky things offered by each house, and watch as people's lives change after they move into their new homes. Each book in the series is a complete story, and each story is totally different from the last. Book 1 finds a young girl called Eleanor searching for a cheap house, but when she finds one, she worries it is so cheap there is something wrong with it and is about to pass up the chance to buy it. Why is it so cheap? Should she buy it, or will it only bring problems?
