Women empowerment is an age old concept. In the past centuries women are empowered in society. In the pace of time, in the changing scenario, in the changing economy and increasing population, government formulated certain plans, policies and schemes to make the women healthier, wealthier. There are special acts articulated for them and seminars, conferences organized to analyze, task forces organized to trace the activities, utilizations and improvements held. The women empowerment is a concept to improvise the socio-economic status of women especially in less developed centuries and in every part of globe in whole.
