Nowadays, teaching translation is far more than just training and firmly supported by the institutional establishment of translation programs mainly at Higher Education levels. At the beginning of the 21st century, where things have changed so much in translation market, it is essential to rethink the translation pedagogy and work out well designed programs in the field. Accordingly, the book, may hopefully, suggests a semi-comprehensive insight on translation pedagogy; aims to enhance the visibility and relevance of translation education and training in case of Iran. It is defined as providing a curriculum model to equip graduates with a thorough knowledge of translation industry, professions and processes, and also with a range of competencies pertinent to this area.
