The book "Li De Dao Taji" collects and sorts out the Taichi concepts elaborated by the famous Taichi master Mr. Xie Lide in the past three years when he gave lectures in various parts of China and the United States. It discloses his real experience and experience of more than 50 years of practicing boxing, and builds a ladder for Taichi lovers to step into the inner Taiji Kung Fu step by step. Mr. Xie Lide is the official inheritor of master Lu Guozhu, the "Chinese Man" of Wudang's domestic kung fu. He also practiced Xinxin Liuhe Boxing with Mr. Tie Guochen, a martial arts master of the Republic of China.
