Estimation of acebrophylline, fexofenadine hcl and montelukast sodium Priyanka Gorde

Aim of research work is to design and develop highely effective analytical procedure methods for development and validation for simultaneous estimation of Acebrophylline, Montelukast and Fexofenadine Hydrochloride by UVSpectroscopic Method. The basic objectiveis to find out the pharmacokinetic profile of Acebrophylline, Montelukast sodium and Fexofenadine HCl in combination within pharmaceutical formulation. These three drugs are choosen on the basis of the concept that, when the patient suffering from two diseases simultaneously then different categories of drugs administered to the patient, but here we considering to formulate different categories of drugs into the combined dosage form considering their compatibility so that it willbecome more beneficial to the patient in future.
