The author meticulously develops, illustrates and demonstrates a conceptual framework of design and facilitation of online real-time foreign and second language education in SCMC context to guide pre-service and in-service teachers to the curriculum, pedagogy, content, and cutting-edge technologies integration. The in-depth study employs imperative learning and instructional design paradigms and provides significant findings and suggestions for future related studies and applications of EFL/ESL online teaching and learning. Several constructive and significant discussions, findings, outcomes indicate that the instructors and learners recognize and agree that the use of an SCMC could be effective. The convenience and flexibility of the SCMC system optimizes distance learning for individuals. Rich opportunities motivate learners to interact and communicate with one another through social presence within the SCMC system; the online real-time setting allows the instructors apply distinctive pedagogical strategies to construct a learner-centered and collaborative learning context.
