About the Author


Inez Kuz is a person living with Crohn's disease and Fibromyalgia. Inez has spent the last six years testing different treatments and plans to combat chronic pain. Although there is no cure, Inez has found ways to be a successful entrepreneur, wife, mother, and contributor to the wellness of others through coaching, mentoring, and writing. She believes everyone, no matter their physical or mental challenges, can make their dreams a reality.
