About the Author

After suffering a serious lower back injury at the age of fifteen, Guillermo was plagued with chronic low back pain every single day for eight years. At this point, Guillermo made a commitment to get himself out of pain. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Miami and immersed himself in a variety of therapeutic movement and relaxation concepts that helped him move better and eventually get out of pain without any surgical intervention. Since then, he has dedicated his life to helping thousands of people get out of pain despite their hopeless diagnosis. Considered a therapist, coach, and a miracle worker by those he has treated, Guillermo implements the same holistic movement and mindset concepts that helped him to permanently erase unnecessary pain and get people back to living their best life. He currently resides in Miami, FL, where he owns a fitness studio and a concierge physical therapy practice.
