About the Author


Toni Catchings is best known for two things: Being a strong athletic woman and her compassion to help others. She was inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame at Texas A& M University-Commerce in September 2015. She continues to serve as a firefighter and paramedic. She has been promoted through the ranks over the last twenty-seven years and currently holds the rank of Captain. She enjoys helping young girls realize their true potential and to believe in themselves. Toni is also the owner of Catch 22 Home Solutions.
