Two different worlds, magic, and a great adventure. Franny Mireles resides in an orphanage but dreams of a better life. She believes in magic, much to the amusement of her orphanage friends. During a visit to the Highland Parks, when Franny comes across the fairy Avery, she develops a speical bond by helping the fairy, who needs to get home before the magical portal closes. Avery turns Franny into a fairy and takes her to the land of the fairies but they discover that the evil sorceress Regina had turned all of Avery's family and friends into stone in her quest to find the magical ruby.
