Esme, Maggie, Alice, and Sammy are busy in the preparation of Christmas. They had to do a lot of things before Christmas, so they plan to go shopping for Christmas where they meet a little pup who claims that Santa Paws is missing and this year he won't come to give gifts to the puppies. First of all, they think that the kid is making up stories. But later they found that Santa is missing for real. Sammy thinks that Santa is a myth and they should not believe in such story. But later he comes to know the truth of Santa Paws who being frozen by Mr. Frost of the Arctic. Rudolph, the red nose reindeer comes to Esme and her team seeking help to find missing Santa. Esme and team set out for the north pole to find Santa and rescue him from the magic of Mr. Frost.
