Rev. Bev Hicks is the pastor of Northland Faith Church, a non-denominational church located in Haliburton, Ontario. Bev and his wife, Pat, were born and raised in the Haliburton Highlands. They married and moved to live in the Durham region for thirty-five years before moving back to start Northland Faith Church.

They have served in local churches most of their lives. Bev has preached throughout Ontario, as well as in Quebec, Florida, and Mexico. He previously authored Word Nuggets with Rev Bev, published in 2013. Word Nuggets has aired on 100.9 Canoe FM since June of 2009.
