SKRILLEX is on the path for complete world domination. The EP 'BANGARANG', which is now available for the first time on 12" vinyl, went straight to #10 in the UK iTunes chart when it was first released, and very quickly peaked at #2 with it taking the #1 spot in the dance charts. In the US it peaked at #2 and went to #1 in Australia, New Zealand and Canada's iTunes charts. The first single 'Breakn' A Sweat (Skrillex & The Doors)' was Zane Lowe's Record of The Week at Radio 1 and went straight onto the A-list. Earlier in the year he was announced as No. 4 in the prestigious BBC Sound Poll for 2012. It is very clear that Skrillex has become electronic music's front runner. Skrillex a.k.a Sonny Moore, announced the release of the EP last winter - featuring appearances from Wolfgang Gartner, 12th Planet, Kill The Noise, Sirah, The Doors and Ellie Goulding. The release was a #1 overall release on Beatport and followed the October 2010 release of 'Scary Monsters And Nice Sprites' which overran the Beatport charts, holding 8 out of the Top 10 track spots and making Skrillex the first "dubstep" Number 1 on Beatport. Skrillex's You Tube channel has racked up over 750 million views, with the official video for the title track 'Bangarang' having near 49 million views alone. World domination seems an easy feat for this 23 year old.
