'The Dutch psychedelic rockband The Naked Sweat Drips present their emotionally loaded second album 'Pain in Healing'. It was written during the unfolding of the tragic story of bandmember Kristian Strik. In 2018 the guitarplayer heard he had an untreatable brain cancer. With the band he wrote his last album, called 'Pain in Healing'. It got produced by Pieter Kloos (Motorpsycho, Peter Pan Speedrock, The Devil's Blood, Birth of Joy). On the 27th of May, Kristian passed away. He was only 24. Kristian's story was shared by multiple national newspapers and blogs. Also bandmember Winand Derks made a documentary that was shown on many film festivals. This way the bands wants to keep his spirit alive forever. The extraordinary rock TNSD made on their previous album 'Pyscho Sister' is now more layered and in depth. Through raw emotion and rock-ambient madness they tell Kristian's story. The energy of their live performances complete the picture.
