In Our Own Time presents the intriguing story of the Bee Gees, one of the most popular music groups of the 1970s. Follow the three brothers from North West England, Maurice, Robin, and Barry Gibb, through their early career in Australia and England, eventual international success in the late sixties, global superstardom with Saturday Night Fever and beyond. Told in their own words with brand new interviews with Barry and Robin Gibb (including extensive interviews with Maurice filmed shortly before his death), live performances, archival film footage from TV and Film and home movies of their early days.

In Our Own Time is the compelling story of the Bee Gees career. Following their roots in the North West of England, their early career in Australia, and then international breakthrough in the late sixties before global superstardom. Alongside the success there is the heartache of the tragically early deaths of first their younger brother Andy and then later Maurice. The story is told "in their own words" through in depth new interviews with Barry and Robin Gibb and through extensive interviews with Maurice filmed shortly before his death in January 2003.
