Legendary Talking Heads frontman and creative polymath David Byrne returns with 'Who Is The Sky?', his first solo studio album since 'American Utopia' (2018). Comprising twelve tracks, the record brings together chamber-infused arrangements by Ghost Train Orchestra and Grammy‑winning production from Kid Harpoon, blending melancholic reflections with buoyant, life‑affirming rhythms.

With help from collaborators St. Vincent, Hayley Williams (Paramore), Tom Skinner (The Smile), and longtime partner (and percussionist) Mauro Refosco, 'Who Is The Sky?' melds Byrne’s signature avant‑pop sensibility with orchestral depth and danceable grooves, drawing on an anthropological lens of everyday humanity.
