All six episodes from the first series of the documentary narrated by Jim Carter which goes behind the scenes at National Trust properties across the country to highlight the work being done by the skilled conservators and curators who protect and preserve these places and their collections. In this series, some of the treasures being restored and rebuilt include a 450-year-old table, a Chinese-style wooden bridge, Vita Sackville-West's study and Paul McCartney's childhood home.
