The New Barbarians

It's the year 2019, and the world's population has been devastated by a nuclear war. Gangs of human predators travel the haunted landscape dotted with the fragile remnants of a faded civilization. Two mercenaries help a band of wanderers fight off the evil hordes of white-clad bikers, and the survivors' only hope is to reach a distant land from which radio signals indicate the presence of human life. Italian director Enzo G. Castellari mastered the genre of post-apocalyptic movies, and THE NEW BARBARIANS captures the fantastical elements of living in their MAD MAX-like nuclear wastelands.
