The Breed Breed the DVD

A group of friends visit an exotic, isolated island for a relaxing holiday. However, their peace is threatened by a seemingly abandoned dog-training facility also on the island. The friends, comprised of John, his brother Matt, Nicki, Sara, and Noah, fly into the island on a seaplane with the sole aim of enjoying themselves. This is disrupted when Sara is bitten by a dog. Matt tells Nicki that there had been reports that the dog-training facility on the island had been forced to shut down a year previously due to an outbreak of a disease and all the dogs were put down. The group soon find this not to be the case and are quickly besieged by aggressive dogs, leaving them having to devise a plan to escape the island with their lives. Nicholas Mastandrea makes his directorial debut with this slick but terrifying offering. Michelle Rodriguez, who plays Nicki, athletically attempts to evade the snarling dogs, something she excelled at in RESIDENT EVIL. Legendary horror maestro Wes Craven produced the film.
