Morpheus, also known as Dream (Tom Sturridge), creates and controls all dreams and nightmares, and rules the Dreaming realm. When he is captured during an occult ritual which was intended for capturing Death, he is imprisoned for 106 years, sparking a sleeping sickness pandemic which gripped much of the population.

After Morpheus is finally freed, he must also retrieve the stolen totems of power, which, if left in the wrong hands, could lead to chaos...
