American action drama in which two entirely different individuals cross paths after a tsunami rages through central Florida and completely isolates the state from continental America. Ash Singer (Bryce DiCristofalo) is an ex-gang leader who returns to Orlando to escape his criminal life. Kyoko Waed Collins (Rachael Thompson) has also returned, but this power-greedy psychopath has not come to revisit her old life, instead she has arrived to reign over the city and have control over its citizens.
