Alps

Alps is a stunningly original investigation into the process of mourning from Oscar®-nominated director Yorgos Lanthimos (The Favourite, The Lobster, Dogtooth). An oddball quartet forms a secret society that sets out to ease the grieving process. For a fee they will act the part of a deceased family member-learning their hobbies and eccentricities-in order to help the customer process their loss. But when the nurse known as Monte Rosa (Angeliki Papoulia, Dogtooth) begins to form more intense bonds with her customers, the "Alps" project spirals out of control into violence and confusion.
