Romelo, a local business owner and illegal arms dealer, believed in neither until he laid his eyes on Jenae. Jenae, on the other hand, didn't feel the same way when she met Romelo. In fact, she didn't want to give him the time of day. However, fate begins to play a major role as the two continue to bump into each other around the city.
