Ed is a poet and is going through some personal problems that all but overwhelm him. When he sleeps he is thrown into various times and locations throughout his life . He meets many of his departed friends and family members along the way, some to encourage him others to offer perspective. His long lost friend Show seems to keep on popping up as walks he through his life again. Some of what the poet goes through is difficult, but nothing is perfect North of Shambhala.
