Volume 2 of the 3 volume 'The Once and Sometimes Jurnee' series. This volume includes magazine issues 18 - 22 and covers the time period between January 1999 and January 2001. The Once and Sometimes Jurnee was a limited distribution home-made magazine wholly created by California based writer and poet Bill Jennings. Publication of the paper version of the magazine ended in November 2004 but the magazine has continued to thrive in the digital world at jurnee.com since January 2008.
