A morally captivating children's story based around the theme "Human Greed Bests All" Long ago in a well to do kingdom the king could not have a child with his queen. It was after a long penance that the king was finally blessed with a son. Tragedy struck the king as the most enlightened of the priests who had never made a wrong prediction, warned the king that his newborn would lead to the demise of the kingdom and should be done away with. Encapsulated by his love for his child, the king banished the priest from the kingdom instead, paying no heed to the priest's warning. With a priest who had never been wrong, a king engulfed in love for his child, and a prince that grew to be increasingly haughty and temperamental, dark clouds loomed over the kingdom. This is a universally thematic story of how greed bested all, the king, the prince, the people and how it all led to the doom of the kingdom now called the the "City of Gold"
