Our lives are full of choices. We hope the choices we make will always be the right one without any involvement of risk or hardship. But the truth is, life asks us to make choices that are uncomfortable if we want to reach higher achievements. We prefer to choose to eat unhealthy foods even though we knew that it makes our bodies more unhealthy, unfit, and overweight. The foods we like to eat brings us more comfort and satisfaction than putting in the effort to change our diet and exercise. Human beings have DNA that prefers to be more relaxed and comfortable. We often hear a voice from inside our minds to do what we prefer. If you or your children make choices according to this inner voice than your life begins to fall apart. We put too much power into an immediate pleasure rather than the long term benefits. Life is a matter of choice, and every choice you make makes who you are. This is one of the most important things you need to realize about life. Since life offers no guarantee and you would never know whether your decision would be wrong, then you might as well take the risk and make the uncomfortable choice. Sometimes it's the uncomfortable decisions that can change your life forever.
