Most of the Chinese restaurants abroad are Cantonese restaurants, making Cantonese cuisine the most popular Chinese cuisine around the world. It is a simple fact: we eat with our eyes first. Beautiful presentation allows you to begin anticipating the flavors of a given dish before you take the first bite, heightening anticipation and the overall dining experience. What does "plating" mean? In a restaurant setting, "plating" refers to the art of arranging, decorating, and presenting food in a way that improves its aesthetic appeal to the diner when served.
