Differentiated book- It has a historical context with research of the time-Merry Tales by Mark Twain. The purpose of realizing this historical context is to approach the understanding of a historical epoch from the elements provided by the text. The best-known story in this collection is "The Private Story of a Failed Campaign," one of the few pieces Twain wrote about his experiences in the Civil War.
