A poetry diary written within a year or so that contains everything I felt on days of extreme emotions. When I was extremely happy or sad or when I felt hopeless or empowered. I didn't hide anything I felt within these pages. It was the place I truly felt like I could be myself. I could never get away from my anxiety disorder or my OCD but, it let me let it all go and process everything. I hope when you read this, you feel something, that you hug your loved ones, that you be kinder to yourself and that you find something to identify with.
