Kylie Moriarty's son, Josh, is now fifteen years old and must begin his destiny by going to the Thousand Realms to be trained by Jackie Sheridan and join her team of new teenage heroes. But a baleful encounter with the evil Jupiter Snake forces the raising of Elkaza Island, an island sank by Kylie herself to stop the the spread of highly infectious ghouls. Now the team must find a way to survive on the island until the quarantine is lifted, while surviving the ghouls, and Jupiter. But Josh is not entirely unprepared.
