With Apologies to Sir John Robert Howe

Robert Howe's second book of poetry reflects a more serious work than his first, "With Apologies to Pam". His observations are heart felt and honest and his look on life illustrates his vast and diverse experience throughout that life. His first two books "I'll give it Six Months" and "Travels with my Appetite" resonates in his extensive experience and his career history would fill several books, from a violin restorer to a spell in the Diplomatic Service and many more in between. He has travelled the world extensively which is reflected in his poetry and covers the joys and tribulations of daily life. Now retired he lives happily in the Cheshire countryside with his wife of 47 years Linda Fraser-Webb.
