Coping with the challenges of understanding why everything has suddenly changed can be more stressful for children than it is for adults. One child, Jenny Rae Peters, in "Who STOLE Jenny Rae's World?" tells of her experience adapting to a new lifestyle in the changing world of Covid 19. Reading "Jenny Rae's account will help other children to relate and know that they are not alone in times of change. Children can be motivated to write about their own experiences too, as a way of relieving stress and developing creativity.
