Why should readers read this book?
Because it is a story full of illusion, it surprises you, shows you the value of friendship, and at the same time, it entertains you, it makes you smile and travel a magical world, where the search for your place in the world is a wonderful and possible journey.

How did it come to you the idea of writing this book?
For a few years I have been studying trumpet, and music has always been very important for me. The idea was to put together my ideas and writings that I have been creating during the recent years, my illustrations and my world of music. The result was this beautiful rhyming picture book for children.

How is the book Nicoleta the Trumpet?
It is a great story for young kids, because they can enjoy the colourful drawings while they begin to discover the magic of reading, with the help of older readers. It is written with rhymes, it is fantastic because it sounds like a song, and this way it is also ideal as a bedtime story.
For all readers, it is also an adventure towards reflection and the possibility of sharing a moment of joy and discovery with the kids.

What is your writing style?
Value the words using a broad vocabulary, take advantage of the richness of language to express narratives and descriptions. It is important for children to learn and assimilate new words from an early age, improving their quality of communication.


Biography

Born in the old Sant Pau Hospital in Barcelona, Nicole Pfaffendorf is a young Spanish writer who begins to create stories from the age of four.
Her first story "The Fluff" is a project that she tells her schoolmates of the childhood education class at Sagrada Familia School in Horta, Barcelona. From then on, she continues to create stories and drawings.
At the age of ten she develops her subjects in more detail and with the same enthusiasm as usual. At this time, she decides to tell the world her literary and artistic creations.
Thus, in December 2019 her first book in Spanish, "Nicoleta the Trumpet" is published by Amazon.
The amazing fantasy and magic communicated by Nicole in her writings and illustrations have no limit, and they find their inspiration in music - the trumpet is her favourite instrument - and her little brother Theo, a companion of games and adventures.
