OCD is a condition which affects a lot of people in many different ways. However, it is a condition that is very misunderstood, resulting in over-used cliches, often incorrectly used, resulting in somewhat of a stigma surrounding the condition. With this book of what I hope will be powerful and positive poetry, I have tried to raise some awareness of the condition and how it can affect people. I am not a medical practitioner, just a member of the public trying to help people understand and appreciate this condition more, and likewise the people who suffer with OCD. I also hope to give some strength, courage and reassurance to people who have OCD, to encourage not to hide their OCD or to shy away from others. From each sales of this book, I will donate £1.50 to OCD Action.
