"Le Baiser du pardon," Louis first published poetry book contains a wealth of thoughts and ideas knitted in wonderful syntax, grammar, and descriptive vocabulary. The book illustrates, as you probably have noticed, profound emotions based on love and an analysis of the human psyche. From sadness to anger, from passion to beauty, he is the bard of the lonely, the happy, the religious, the misguided. Now, this poetry book, "The Forgiving Kiss" is complementary to his previous one: "Le Baiser du pardon." It was a delightful effort to translate in English emotions, feelings, a state of mind and being. It is a response to many of Louis' many admirers who requested a few of his poems in English.
