The Gunslinger Strikes Series is a series of Wild West Stories of the eighteenth-century where the Wild West was composed of bank robbers, horse thieves, and gun-slinging cowboys until a new lawman came into a town. Called Big Hoss who was once an officer in the American Civil War between the North and the South. When the war ended Big Hoss went back to cattle ranching and then he was called back to duty and he became a Texas Ranger. Big Hoss became well known in Texas as the Gunslinger who lets no man stand in his way.
