Experiments with Alternate Currents of High Potential and High Frequency

Nikola Tesla (Smiljan, July 10, 1856 - New York, January 7, 1943) was a Serbian and American inventor, electrical and mechanical engineer and futurist, best known for his contribution to the design of a modern AC power supply system. Tesla's most significant inventions are the polyphase system, the rotating magnetic field, the asynchronous motor, the synchronous motor and Tesla's transformer. He also discovered one of the ways to generate high-frequency current, made a significant contribution to the transmission and modulation of radio signals, and his works in the field of X-rays were also noticed. Nikola Tesla is the author of more than 700 patents, registered in 25 countries, of which 112 in the field of electrical engineering. This book contains a list of experiments done by Nikola Tesla and also gives instructions for repeating the experiments (at least the simplest ones).
