Working professionally with children, I see the worries, the troubles, the hurdles and experiences they deal with. A mixture of emotions, from a child and a teacher knowing they both need to talk, but the day evades them both, through to a child in care and their first ever holiday. A child losing a parent to a drunk driver and a child who was taken from her children's home by a giant who was big and friendly and a good selection more. As an employee in a pastoral and emotional support role in a primary school and also a foster carer with my wife, I have been involved in a few stories and experiences involving children and found an ability to actually write poetry viewed from the "eyes of a child." Some written from experience and some fictional and made up, with a touch of experience and an additional addition of what if?After writing a few poems and bringing tears to the eyes of most who read them, was told that these should be in a book. After finding lots of publishers just after your money with no real help, was directed towards self publishing and here i am, my first attempt at publishing. Hope you enjoy guys.
