Everyone has a story to tell. It is my prayer that someone will gain freedom through reading mine. This book is written to the hurting, the bruised and confused, and dedicated to all who believed in me and encouraged me along the way. To Shelley Valasek, you are a true example of living despite the storms of life and illness. To my best friend and mentor, Dr. Tony Robinson, who never allowed me to give up or stay down in my situations, and for help to find a well during my valley. To Pastor Daniel and first lady Pam Butler, for their wisdom and support during what seemed to be the worst storm in my life. They taught me not to let spiritual abuse define who I was. Finally, to my current Pastor's apostles, Jerome and Vinessa Rockingham, for all their help, love, and support in regaining what I felt I could never get back. To my church family at Love of God Interfaith Ministries, who loved me in and through my storm. All of you are true examples of a Godly character in my life. I am so blessed to be able to share this book today and I pray it will bless and help someone. There were many reasons to give up and quit, but for every reason God gave me a reason to fight. Today, it is my journey to share with others.
