Bees have an important role to play in maintaining our planet. They earn their fame as busy workers due to their role as pollinators. As pollinators, they support the growth of food for human consumption. Many animals also depend on the work of bees to provide food and shelter for them. Let us not forget about the production of honey. Humans have been collecting honey for thousands of years to include it in our diets and beauty regimen. Insects and animals love the taste of honey too - just ask the Winnie-the Pooh!

Incredible Pollinator is part two of a two-part series called The Incredible Series. In part two, Francine meets with her bee friend Incredible. Incredible educates her about the process of pollination and the importance of bees to this process. Francine learns that human survival is partly dependent on the preservation of the bee population because of their role as pollinators. Part one of the story is titled Bee Incredible and goes in depth about the importance of bees in maintaining the ecosystem.

The books are designed for early to independent readers who fall under the age group of four years and upwards. However, thanks to the beautiful illustrations, the books are also attractive to emergent readers who are unable to read on their own but can follow what is happening in a story, mimic certain words and get excited about the pictures.
