As a busy Mom or Dad you know first-hand how hard it can be to find traditional healthy treats for the entire family.

We set out on a mission to make an ice pop recipe book, but not just any ice pop book. The thing I found over the years is that many of the ice pop recipes out there taste awful and are full of sugar. I wanted this book to be different.

And so, we went on a mission to find the most nutritious, best tasting popsicle recipes that all ourselves and the kids could enjoy. We began trying and testing many different recipes, adding our own touch to the traditional ones. One year later and we have what we genuinely think are the best tasting, most health benefiting popsicle recipes available. It has been a fun year trying, testing and researching. We know in our hearts that other busy moms and dads out there will be able to make these simple, nutritious popsicle recipes with little fuss and the kids will absolutely love them!
